You may not recognize her face but you would probably recognize her voice! Justine Hickey is our Technical Support Representative working out of our IT offices inside Miller High School. She has worked for RCSD since December 2016! Justine is the front line contact for all support issues coming into our help desk. If you reach out to us via phone, Skype or from our support portal she will be the person on the other end.
Justine is responsible for triaging, categorizing and assigning all tickets that come to us. If your problem is something she is able to help with then she will work with you to a resolution. If she is not able to resolve your issue then she assigns the ticket to the Technical Analyst responsible for your school.
Another of Justine’s responsibilities is to manage division-assigned cellphones. If you are going on a trip and need a travel plan or you think it’s time for an upgrade you can contact Justine and she will help you get set up!
Justine is an RCSD alumnus having attended both St. Joan of Arc and Riffel high school. Go Jaguars! In her spare time Justine loves to play video games; she has sunk many hours into Fallout 3 and Overwatch. Her cat Pronger always sits in her lap while she plays. She has also enjoyed playing Pokemon Go since it came out several years ago. Justine also makes her own food-inspired polymer clay jewelry. You can find her jewelry on Instagram and Etsy.
