IT Staff Profile: Riley

Some of you south-enders may recognize Riley Lewis from your schools! Riley is one of our Technical Support Analysts and is responsible for front line support and ticket resolution for several schools in the south end. Riley has worked for the school division since June 2018 — not a long time but he has made a great addition to our team! Along with helping schools with their support requests, Riley assists in managing the deployment and configuration of our Mac labs.

Riley was born and raised in Regina, and attended Argyle School followed by Sheldon-Williams. He began his career in the insurance industry but went back to school, earned his Diploma in Business Information Systems at Sask Polytech in Moose Jaw, and changed careers to IT.

Riley is a photographer (which is why our IT staff profile photos look so good! 😉); he runs his own wedding photography business, you can check out his work on Instagram or his website. He is also engaged and he and his fiancé will be tying the knot in September!

Riley is one of the organizers of Play With Your Food, which is an event that benefits various Regina charities. They have raised $200,000 over the past 7 years. The year-long fundraiser culminates in a 24-hour board game marathon. The current charity benefiting from this event is the Street Culture Project.
